Serious question: Is anyone here concerned about the Oilers lack of ability to score 5 on 5? Seem to me it might suggest they are too small to penetrate the offensive zone and generate legit scoring chances. This could especially be a problem if they were to make the playoffs.

You should see the warnings you get from Health Canada when you are actually approved for medicinal marihuana. Pretty funny stuff. I agree in some cases it stimulates your brain but in others well not so much

This has motivated me to put on Team America and kick back with a dozen beer (frank)ers.

Oh yes, I certainly did savour it, and will continue to. If we lose every other game this year but beat the Oil & 'Nucks every game I will be happy. Shortened season, aging core, strong draft.... I'm hoping for a perfect storm that brings us a few very strong picks and prospects via trade that sets up a quick rebuild a la Philly Flyers.

Please don't wste time by saying that the Flyers have't won anything, they have been competitive since they traded Forsberg and signed Briere to that atrocious contract.... atrocious but it worked.

Well put sir. I have no doubt there are tons of additional benefits to marijuana, namely canniboids. Pain relief is proven in many patients but many people just use it to get high, which is fine, but don't make excuses that its healthy for ya to justify its use when it is for no other reason than to get high. Much of the medicinal benefits of the plant can come without that which is gained from THC. Watched a recent David Suzuki documentary that shows the plants are being cross bread to produce a much more potent THC content. Yeah, medical benefit my ass, its just to get high

Funny you mention Comrie. During his first call up with the team if you recall it was during the playoffs, I was sold hook line and sinker on this guy. I bought his autographed jersey at one of those auction's they have during the game and payed $2200.00. Still have it in a shopping bag in my storage room. Maybe the worst decision I ever made. Maybe worth 30 bucks now.

Holy (frank), 8 years ago at a ball tournament, there were some of them on the picnic table, this older lady was eating them not knowing they were pot brownies and not someone who ever touches the stuff. Watching her sit in a parked car, white as a ghost and hallucinating for 2 hours was to that point in my life, the third funniest thing I had ever seen.

They should legalize everything, tax the (frank) out of it, build more hospitals and spend all that money they waste on drug crime on NHL arenas.

That line works so well now that Horton is healthy and the reason is both Horton and Lucic are big, physical and not afraid to use it and not afraid to crash the net. This allows Krejci who is the polar opposite to create offense.
