- Dean_Youngblood

Long story I was in Edmonton on life support for my heart transplant and they made some promise to my family on tv at my bed side but never fulfilled them so I ve always heald a grudge. I was a teen at the time just showed me they all talk but how often does this happen where they don't come through.

Oh ya man the cap is going to go waaaay down just like it has in the last 5 years. Then you can trade us nothing for all our young guys. We will not trade them to the highest bidder though. We will just give them to Eastern Canada because that is what Alberta does. Probably 2 players to Montreal (Quebec) and 1 to Toronto. We will continue to support the incompetent who can not support them selves.

Edit: just saw your location.

Might want to dress your full lineup in the pool. Disregard if you've already done it since I checked this morning.

Pretty solid offensive team you've got. Good luck

Don't like our chances, I'm calling 2-1 Kings, or 3-1 with an empty net.

You don't know a lot about hockey do you? No problem. You are right the cap is dropping to 60 millionish next year. 64.3 Million to be exact. That was a big reason why there was a lock out of 119 days. The Players Association and the Owners couldn't figure out how to divide 3.3 Billion by two. The salary cap is based on league revenues. It will then increase or decrease as you think based on league revenues for the length of the CBA. Understand? I think you are in the minority thinking that league revenue will decrease for the next decade. But I guess that is your opinion. As for Fort Mac not a bad place a little north and isolated but not a bad place as you say minus the idiots. As well in the new CBA there is a stipulation that the salary cap can never go below 64.3 Million.

No way the Kings score more than 3 goals in two separate games in the same month.

Crappy deal, sorry to hear that. Glad you made it out alright. One of my best friends passed and he was a big Oilers fan and when the Oilers found out about his tragic passing they sent flowers (I think) and a card for sure to his funeral. I thought that was pretty classy of them. But they definitely let you down.

You give a guy crap over minor details on a CBA that was introduced less than a month ago.

Ok man.

I'm not talking the next decade but if u think that lockout is not going to hurt revenues for the next few years when nuge, yaks, and Schultz are due for there next contracts than u are kidding yourself lots of major sponsors were very unhappy with the lockout so they won't put the same amount of money into it again. As well the diehards will be back but the casual fans will not be back so fast so in saying that the 3.3 billion we recently saw will probably not be back right away As well as saying I don't know much about hockey is false and regardless talking money is not hockey its business which I am familiar with. Also I thought the NHL didn't agree to that the cap was not going to stay at the current salary cap if revenues dropped that was one of the big sticking points, was it not?
