I noticed the same thing. Canucks lose, blog infested with trolls, Canucks win and the pages are troll-less. Children. - Marwood
Come on...Its the same on every page.
Canucks lose, expect trolls. Canucks win, nothin but Nuck fans in here patting each other on the back. Its the same on every other blog. |

I personally think Garrison has looked less than steller. D00d Better Pick up his game and start shooting the puck more. - vancity787
He hasn't looked great, but hasn't been horrible either(I didn't watch the game yesterday though). It's a tough year to come into a new team, especially for a d-man, you had the uncertainty if there would even be a season, a short camp to learn a new system and develop chemistry, no pre-season and very few practices. People are putting way too much stock into the first 5 games of the season, I'm not making any judgements until about 10-15 games in. It's no secret that we were going to struggle as a team that typically starts off slow and is missing 2 of their top 6 forwards, including their most complete forward. |

Canucks are getting beat by teams with two solid scoring lines right now. So when you have all your eggs in one basket (your first line) and the sedins aren't scoring at will, it's going to be a tough formula for success. I don't care how good your goaltending is.
It'll get better once/if the Sedins dig their heads out of each others a$$es |

I agree with your first point, IMO it's going to continue with that trend until we get Kesler/Booth back, mainly Kesler is the biggest loss at center since it's easier to replace Booth than him because of all the things he does. |

I agree. Gillis sucks. Suckity-suck-suck-suck. So suckity. Suck-a-roo. Suck-a-dee-do-da, Suck-a-dee-day.
Wanna know something.... wanna? Ok... Since you asked....
AV is a long serving coach. Unless he wins, he is most likely gone at the end of next year. Right at the same time that Non-suck-suck-suck Nonis will be looking to save his own non-suckity-bum because the Non-Suck Leafs valiantly came in 12th in the conference.
He hired AV as the next Toronto coach.
You heard it hear first.
"Do you know why all the trees in Vancouver lean to the east. It is because Toronto sucks."
(By the way, I do not think Gillis sucks. You mind is bent from a decade of true suckage from your previous 2 GMs) - Beatle_john
I used the exact term "you heard it here first" last season when I posted that AV's next coaching job will be on the Leafs.

I could definitely see that happening, but I'm not sure that Nonis has the balls to fire Carlyle after just one(shortened) season. He's a pretty conservative guy. |

Not really, they've been consistent in terms of actual point production for a few years now. It' usually just the team as a whole that starts off slow since AV has been coach. |

He was definitely on the hunt for honey last game. One of the best games I've seen him play. Hope he can keep it up. |

According to many fans we should be trading Kesler so he's not that important to this team I would guess...according to them. |

Exactly!
I've been against it the whole time, center depth is huge in this league. There's tons of solid lines around the league with a mediocre winger, but rarely are there good lines where the 2 wingers carry a mediocre center. Plus Kesler plays against the other team's top lines, PP, PK so good luck finding a player(s) to fill in those roles effectively and still find a way to score 20+ goals with 50+ points per season. |

One does not get rid of a Selke winner especially one who has been on the ballet consistently. |

I think he was being sarcastic.
I would like a Burrows Kesler Hansen line to shut down top lines and pop in goals and have a third line of lesser scorers. Jensen Schroeder Gaunce to play against other third lines. |

I do like that line but we have to find a place for Booth. I really like Hansen's play when he gets top minutes. I feel his effort is always good but when rewarded with ice time he's better. |

If Booth has a good comeback then the third line could be Booth Gaunce Jensen . Most media writers figure Jensen will replace Booth next year. |

If he doesn't have a good comeback this year he will be trade bait. What he gets paid for he has to produce. |
