Time to give my usual flawless opinon on everything involving the Rangers today.
Benn Ferreiro: Don't know why he's got two n's in his name but the guy can play. He'll make a nice depth guy this year.
The game: Much like that Mykayla chick from the Olympics, I'm not impressed. They still can' win faceoff, their effort is still inconsistent and their defensemen still make boneheaded plays in their own zone. It's a start though, hopefullly they can build on it.
Jason Arnott: Meh. As long as he can win faceoffs I'm happy because Jeff Halpern (frank)in' sucks. Actually, that entire 4th line sucks. Asham and Rupp and can't fight and Halpern can't take faceoffs. Just bad.

I agree, Rupp is horrible in every way & can't win a fight anymore, neither can Asham so far. The Rangers have lost every fight so far this yr I can think of with the exception of Bickel vs Sestito. Small potatoes there but they're also slow & like you said Halpern has been a bust. Lets see what Arnott can do.
