Don't get me wrong I like JS ,but I am not sure he belongs on the Canucks. Same as Raymond . We get too attatched to the players . They are both great guys but they are not a cup winning team.

If you are small in the NHL then you better be very fast and very offensive minded . JS will lose a lot of puck battles because of his size. I have not seen anything ever to show me he belongs here. I know it is only 2 games .You give the guy 20 games or so or maybe an entire year to see if he can do anything. I don't see anything yet to suggest he is a true 2 nd line player.

Two problems here
1.Gillis needs to buyout the last 5 years of the deal and leave his trading partner with the first three....... C will he do that as part of the deal?
2 Will he accept a Frolick from Chicago and a 5 th ?likely not

Lu will not waive the NTC to go Toronto or Edmonton

He will end up in Florida once Van understand that as every month passes his value sinks like a stone

Good luck I hope he gets traded soon because the story is getting awfully old!
