One of my favorite Flyers of all-time. Like Mark Recchi's first stint with the team - he gave effort, finished his checks, etc. Unlike Recchi's first stint with the team, he did not have the scoring touch he used to have in Carolina. Still - great PK'er and big-hearted player.

He was also really cool at the Flyers' Skate Zone after practice with my son when my son was about 2 or 3. His passenger? OB18's all-time favorite Flyer, Lasse Kukkonen.

The Caps didn't look to good for a lot of that game, then they get 2+ minutes of 5 on 3 and made a game of it.

The Caps just don't come across as wanting it. I say that only because when I watch them play they don't seem to take that extra stride or hit to make the play. (In the parts of the games I have seen so far this year.) I know its early in the season.
