One of my favorite Flyers of all-time. Like Mark Recchi's first stint with the team - he gave effort, finished his checks, etc. Unlike Recchi's first stint with the team, he did not have the scoring touch he used to have in Carolina. Still - great PK'er and big-hearted player.

He was also really cool at the Flyers' Skate Zone after practice with my son when my son was about 2 or 3. His passenger? OB18's all-time favorite Flyer, Lasse Kukkonen.

I love having hockey back. I missed it but I didn't realize how much until it came back. This free Center Ice has me looking into buying the package.

I heard if you buy the Center Ice package through ROKU the games are broadcast in HD.

And you were 17?

Look at the bright sideof things. In 4 or 5 weeks the Flyers could have 10 healthy DMen while other teams need D help. They can cobble together some later round picks.

i'll vouch for that. you get dvr functionality as well. just bought it last nite and so far i'd have to say i prefer it to the cable pckg...then again i own Apple TV, roku and an ipad...tech nut.
