haha if Flames were to trade Iggy tommorow for picks/youth, this team would finish the season around 13-7th in the west. If they traded Kipper tommorow, this summer, they would be gearing up for the highest draft pick in team history.

Probably for the best anyways....I wouldnt want to have to watch my team get dominated by their rival so early in the season either. - Colin Dambrauskas
Easy big fella, I am really looking forward to seeing how we do on Saturday too, but I have found when I throw stones they usually come back a little bigger & a little faster

Yeah...but the nice thing is, this is my glass house!!
My buddy Swammi looked into his crystal puck & saw the future Feasty boy should take. But there was a dark presence lurking Feasty has to overcome. But JBO to Ottawa for Bishop & a 1st & another non roster player he couldnt quite see because of the presence. Bishop plays so well, he saw a lot of swirl regarding Kipper & potential door opening for a Kipper trade. He couldnt quite see into March because again that dark presence, dont know if its King/Murray or just Feasty anti conscious lurking there.

Everyone still going on about the Oilers D and Goaltending???
They held the Nucks and kings in check.
The San Jose game was not the D or Duby's fault. 3 PP goals and the WHOLE team looked like they were skating in sand that first period.
We'll see Saturday boys. But I have a feeling that the end of last nights game is a springboard for the Oil. Flames should be scared...very, very scared....

Just heard the Flames may be sending Sven down after Saturdays game(4games) because of the log jam with Hudler & Cerevenka coming in. If that happens, I hope the Oil kick our a$$e$ & the Avalanche skewer us the next game. Not sure why Begin, Stajan, Cammi, Comeau deserve to be in the line up over Sven. If its to spare him while Kablooey helps Feaster set the dynamite at the Dome then fine. I'll be pissed to watch the same old once again.

Hmm...reading the same myself. Seems like a trend for teams right now to send their younger players down in a "normal" seasoned league to get better development perhaps. Would hate to injure your young guys in a condensed schedule like this, and sour his development.
