Watching that replay.. I dont know how you guys are trying to take something away from Yak.. he slapped a rebound outta mid air and his celebration was pure emotion, it was awesome.

Dont think goal of the year, but considering the way the game had gone, and the timing of the goal, id say its easily one of the most dramatic goals we've seen in a while.

Ya no kidding I agree. I think most people watch and pay for entertainment and 64 sure provided that last night whenever he was on the ice. Both good and bad.

I would imagine a person with your simple mind could find a lot of pleasure in that. Have fun with that. I am sure it will be some earth shattering new innovation that you come up with. Or some rip off of something that someone else has created. But to each their own.

Not me. I have no problem with goal celebrations. OV went off on numerous occasions, did you blast him in the Caps threads? Have you been in the Blackhawks thread to take a piece out of Hossa for his celebration for his goal last night?

Yaks, great goal, amazing hands, as clutch as it gets. I know your just a kid and get very exited but if you ever do that celebration again and give TSN the opportunity to show me the Fleury goal as a comparison to an Oiler your off my Christmas list forever.

More like goal of the century material. The way he was able to bang home a rebound is something we have never seen the likes of before. I mean, the original shot was saved, then Yakupov scored on the rebound. Absolutely astonishing. No wonder he acted like a total spazz when he scored it. It's not very often we have the pleasure of witnessing someone score on a rebound like that.

lol So now you don't want to trade Yak? Anyways I love the celebration by Yakupov. That is sorta like how Ovie did when he entered the league. But Canadians had a huge problem with a stud like him doing it. Now that a Russian on a Canadian team does it...no problem. Right? Again i am the type of fan that has been defending Ovie when he celebrates, so i love the enthusiasm Yakupov showed. But this just shows Canadians are hypocrites big time.
