BTW- I also manage high-cost projects for fortune 100 companies - I haven't found arrogance to be a particularly helpful asset in my line of work. And I can say it'll end up making your life on this site harder, if you care about that sort of thing.

The only comparison I think that is valid with Myers and Chara is that their size is similar and that there is little excuse for Myers not to use it. In every other area, sans mph on a slapshot, Myers has a more developed and better skill set than Chara.

Unfotunately, for the Sabres the physicality part of things has to come from Myers, and Myers alone. For the life of me I can't understand why he would be reserved in that area.
