Guys...relax. It's the 4th game of the year. Let's just see if these goalies can a) do what Reimer did when he was as rookie and play like a champ or b) Scrivens can do like he did for that one game against the Blue Jackets and play like a champ. If one of those happen....look the (frank) out!

I know it's back to back games but how can Toronto contain Malkin, Crosby and the Penguins but we're getting beaten by the Islanders? Something is seriously wrong...oh wait, nevermind, the Leafs always beat good teams and lose to poopty teams.

Jesus those last two by Scrivens were terrible, Leafs need to get that foot back on the pedal
- Conquest

Leafs were playing "first to three."

They stopped skating.

Would have been totally different if they had just scored on the 5 on 3 to make it 4-1 going into the 1st intermission.

You know it brother! Good thing your internet connection came on just now! Imagine when the Isles get another top 5 pick? That team might be dangerous after 2 more.

I know you're deeply committed to your position, but...

C'mon, man.

- Leeman4Gilmour

He wouldn't have.
But yes I completely agree....Scrivens blew this game.....the last two goals he should have had.

You have no case and never have with anything you say.
Lets look over some of reimers games.

Scrivens did let in some really bad goals tonight...but its one game.

- Fakepartofme

Before Reimer's injury he basically didn't have a bad game. Then they rushed him back last season, and his 1 game last night was very good. So yes, let's look at Reimer's games. He's had many better than Scrivens has at the NHL level

They really were, it was the complacency of sitting on a two goal lead that really pisses me off.

I really wish we could get back to being a winning franchise. Remember when our biggest problem was whether or not we won the division? And whether or not Roberts or Mogilny should be playing with Sundin?

The self-loathing around here has become insufferable.

You don't think Reimer would have had those last 2 simple shots keeping it still a tied game?

Reimer played behind a really good team yesterday, but was shakey.

Both goalies look as good as the skaters in front of them.

This. Like it or not, Reimer was 24-10-6 before getting his bell rung. Surely, that means something.

It's something Carlyle won't let slide though. Wilson wasn't a hard enough ass after performances like this. He let his stars slide. Carlyle won't. After only 2 games he called out 2 of his top players. Carlyle isn't take a slack effort from this team this year

Reimer only played well during a stretch a games that meant nothing.

Neither goalie is any good.

stat lovers: Leafs didn't go 3 games letting in 2 or fewer goals last year!

Leafs: poop guys, we're not doing our job!
