I switched to Leafs game over intermission! And there's no-one else to talk to on this site right now. - Mr_Clean
Yea, its dead lately. Seriously though, the Sens thread barely ever has discussion going. Rally some troops! |

If these players all click on the level that we saw them do when they all had their break out years, look out! We'll be good. Just give them time. - weirdoh
Here's an idea for Leafs fans. Take it or leave it:
Maybe - just maybe - instead of finding reasons to cut our young, developing players down to size by finding the absolute worst possible perspective on all their success, we should stand by them and see their peaks as signs of their potential. Sound good?
This is why a full-on tank and rebuild strategy would never work in Toronto. We have young players in the line-up today and we jump all over them.
Here's what I've seen from Reimer so far: He entered the league and took a bottom dweller to the brink of the playoffs with a 20-10-5 record. His .921 sv% and 2.60 GAA didn't look too shabby behind such a lousy team, either.
The next year, he comes in and goes 4-0-1 until getting a concussion.
So, explain to me why it is more logical to use the ensuing injury plagued games last year as an indicator of his ability, and not the previous healthy 41? |

Kadri scored again eh... Nice start.
He's lookin like a player now. I think he's done this back and forth to the AHL business.
