Ya but even when the Leafs were winning Sundin was constantly dissed by fans. Let's be honest, he wasn't respected as much as Clark or Gilmour & that's just wrong. The fact that the Leafs were winning under Quinn hid alot of the dissing that Sundin recieved but it still exsisted.

My theory about Kessel is that we've been so beat down by all the Kessel trade bashing that we're afraid to even admit we got a very good player out of it.

Kessel is one hell of a player. How many teams have a guy who's going to score 30-40 goals every year? The guy is amazing.
