Was a good tilt, knew it was going to look worse after the game because that eye was instantly black and puffing up 20 seconds after the fight.

I think Esplen as he is calling Kassian "Bert 2.0" and hankthetank is saying he could score 40-50 goals this year.

i'd say 20 isn't THAT much of a stretch (IF he plays with the twins the rest of the way)...but 40-50 goals THIS year? does he not see how many games are left in the schedule? not even stamkos will get that many but i'd still say he peaks at 15 this year

Ya there are some real beauties in Esplein's thread today.

Love your column and generally your views, except on occasion when your story RE: faceoffs in Vancouver are a little more fiction than fact. We are not a good faceoff team..granted..but that day..we were good ..and everyone including Gags was 500 or over. Still most agree Sam is not our long term solution for a second line centre, and day after day everyone seems to pitch another name..except for Jamie Benn.. 6' 3' almost 210 lbs and only 23 with excellent stats. I can think of a few players I would trade to Dallas to acquire this guy. What are your thoughts ?

That formation was serious? Was really hoping it was a freak accident the photo looked like that.

Interesting note from Gregor I didn't realize:

The Oilers only have five right-handed shots in the lineup. Eberle, Hemsky, Gagner, J.Schultz and Petry. All of their bottow two lines and 3rd D pairing shoot left. I suspect that presents challenges at certain areas on the ice.
