If they don't call Frattin up, I see them subbing Steckel into Kadri's spot, and Kadri going on Kessel's other wing.

So, I got a ticket on my car, despite having a permit there(like, right underneath where the ticket was posted)... but the officer put down the wrong plate number.

Methinks a certain cop was fighting the cold with some whiskey.

I think they just move up McClement to centre or wing on the 3rd line and put Steckel into the 4th line centre.

Komarov or MacArthur into the 1st line, or one of Kulemin or JVR, Kadri stays where he is.

I wouldn't move Kadri when he's finally not looking like a lost puppy.

Steckel doesn't have a use on the team right now....his main strength was his ability to win faceoffs with little contribution offensively. Right now we have Bozak and Grabovski who have been great on the draw, and McClement has been pretty decent. We need Frattin's speed defensively and he has some pretty good scoring skills to boot...

Seems likely for tonight, long term though Frattin or maybe Connolly will be called up. If it is Connolly, it will create a waivers issue again when Lupul returns, but 4-6 weeks is pretty much half the season this year...

I wouldnt put Koma or mac on the top line (gawd help us)....if anything move JVR up.
He finally was moved to the 2nd line where he belongs and he immediately improved that line.

A lot of people were upset about the signing... so.. point not valid.

(I'm not one of them, btw)

I was, lupul @ age 28 has 1 good season (where he was still injured) and we pay him Jeff Carter/ David Krejci money till he's 34? bad deal for our team, When JVR or mac can eaisly replace him you'll see I'm right, easy to score on a line when both D are trying to cover Kessel

Is it possible that the ticket was originally on another car and someone moved it to your car? It seems dumb but if you are on a high foot traffic street it's possible.

JVR and grabovski should be kept together, 1 game togehter, 3 goals

nothing more needs to be said about that.

move mac up to line 1 whether you like it or not, he can finish.

keep her rolling, gotta fight through this injury.

reimer was solid last night, crosby's goal was a joke, pure luck, it rolled on him and never went where it was supposed to. malkins goal was a milisecond away from being saved, just squeaked her in. leafs were solid last night, dion shut crosby down hard. kadri draws penalty's, i like him. jvr just produced what schenn did all last year.

One of the four I mentioned will be bumped up, Kadri will stay either centre or wing with McClement, that is the way I see it.

This all hinges on if they get a Marlie here for the game tonight. If they are in Cleveland I wonder if they can make an emergency callup from Juniors? Biggs or Rupert, lol.

edit: they have Steckel so it is a joke for the junior callup.

The Pens have done a couple of minor deals this morning..... Wondering if this is just some house cleaning or the precursor to a bigger deal

I was thinking the some thing, but with Kadri on the top line.

But then I thought of the 4th line of Orr, Brown and Steckel and almost barfed. Lot's of toughness and faceoff prowess but almost no actual hockey skill.

I'd bring up Frattin and put on the first line. Leave the other two lines alone since they are beginning to find some chemistry together.

Besides Kessel can play with anyone. He does most of the puck handling for the line.

Just put a B in instead of a D.

Which has given me an idea of how to never pay for parking again.

And show me where the 4th line to date has been a negative to the team??

You are aware what a 4th line is primarily to do right?

Yea, but at the same time you don't want him to be on a no-skill line again, and you don't want to break up the JVR-Grabo-Mac line.

Best course of action would probably be to just call up Frattin or Connolly... but if they can't for tonight, I can see Kadri moving up. Maybe Bozak moves to the wing on that line.

I would put Frattin wherever Lupul was.

The team is playing pretty solid defensively now. I would try not to disturb anything on the other lines.
