Honestly ..

If my gm had absolutely destroyed us against the cap.. Spent 10 million on goalies in a world where the cap is being shrunk, and signed our 'allstar' to a contract that essentially made him worthless.. I would hate my gm.

My bet is on Washington the more I think about it, he's their missing piece. Lu, as has been reported, won't go to Toronto, doesn't want to play for a lottery team.

I liked him a lot more earlier in his tenure. He's made some questionable moves but nothing drastic that's hurt the franchise. I'm happy with the job he's done here. He knows all sides of the business, He was a player, player agent and now GM and president.
