Because Toronto has a good core of players on their team that just recently graduated from being prospects. See Kadri, Gardiner and the second youngest team in the league.

i do to. never really understood how teams like philly that are constantly making big moves always seem to maintain the elite talent in their system. homer has made some suspect moves, but the way he's managed the team long term has to earn a hats off..
