Eklund Updates that the Leafs are the only real team in on Lou, IF True, does Van need a goalie back in the deal or is Eddie Lack ready?
- Jimmy_wiener

Jimmy, seeing as how you've been on HB since 2010, what would you say is Eklund's accuracy % when it comes to these matters?

I wouldn't be that rude to Ek. He'll threaten you with more useless blog posts.

Canucks should stay away from niederreiter. I asked Mike Johnston about him last year he just shook his head and said "he's not a pro, can't skate and doesn't listen". Then he shared a good chuckle with two of his scouts.

Yep, Ive Been around since 2010, havent had much time to read or post anything in the blogs untill I got promoted last week. My Own office with a job that leaves me lots of time for hockeybuzz. And to answer your question, Id say about 2.5 % on the E5`s. But he does provide a decent platform to talk hockey.

Fantasy hockey will always generate plenty of fan fare. I saw a stat somewhere on a write up done about HB that had his accuracy at about your figure (less than 3% anyway). That was total, not just E5s. And yet we all pay, read his blog, and comment passionately. Joke's on us I guess.

Agree. Thats why I didnt spend much time here untill I was on Work time. TSN`s comment pages Suck, and I boycott Sportsnet whenever I can cause of Doug Mclean.

CBC would not hire Doug MacLean. Kipper is the one who should take over from Don.

Brett Hull or Jeremy Roenick, heck, why not Mike Keenan?

Roenick would be good, but he's American and wouldn't get a following with the bigoted crowd that follow Cherry.

Did anyone actually read Gillis' quote today? He never said anything about a new team, said the player was "not who anybody thinks it is"

Not sure the people out West would complain. It is an East bias production.

Maybe Center Ice package is the way to go or Canucks will have Canucks TV then national broadcasting will take a hit.

Yeah, I can agree its kinda East Biased, untill only the teams from the West are left in the Playoffs, then its GO WEST. CenterIce is what will probably kill HNIC

I have seen Cherry come out and say We are getting beat when referring to the Leafs against some teams .The media is suppose to be neutral .

Before they came out with SportsNet one and TSN 2 we would have some of our games missed at the start of the game so we could watch the shootouts between non playoffs teams from the East. I hope Center Ice does destroy HNIC.

I am sure fans from WPG EDM VAN and CGY would like to see more games of their teams on Saturday night instead of MTL OTT and TOR all the time.

I quite enjoy CBC radio, no commercials, good programming etc. If we are paying for the TV network as well, why do we have to watch commercials?
