Baie-Comeau was pretty the much same, but with the season they are having and with a coach with a pedigree like Veilleux behind the bench, they shouldn't have trouble anymore - QuebecPride

Even at 40 million years old Kaberle is still better than Weber, Diaz may at some point be better than kabs is now or may be in a year, but i doubt he will ever be as good as Kabs was in his prime... Just saying... - ShootingSemin
my lord...
have you watched Kaberle play since he left Toronto? And even in Toronto when he was great offensivly he was still lost in his own end. |

I love Hamonic, but that's ridiculous. Markov is heads above those two, even on one knee. Hamonic will be good. - QuebecPride
How about we wait to see how many games Hurtov gets this season before saying this... |

Eric, Anders Lindback stopped 40 shots yesterday. The only goals they scored were on 2 breakaways and 2 odd man rushes. He should have had the 4th goal but kept the Bolts in the game. While he hasn't been superb, he's been way better than what we had last year. |

All their players are from Québec, besides the two euros. Anglos won't go there. |

I hope i'm wrong but i don't think Markov can still play at the level he once did.

That was pretty good value for them. Don't get my wrong. For once a team doesn't get fleeced in those situations. I'm sure they'd rather have Mackinnon though. |

I am (frank)ing destroying this pool. I am thinking that there is something wrong with the count as I am 29 points ahead of the guy in 2nd place, after 3 (frank)ing games.
73 points to shnay's 44 and everyone else is relatively close, with Braiden's Ass bringing up the rear.
EDIT: Eat it Crims. - Ultimate Cyberhabs
Last year, davies was 50 ahead of everybody until game 20-25. I then took the lead and won the pool by like 150 points. |

As much as I hate Kabs, he's a pretty good PP QB. You know what you get with him. The problem is not him but rather that we have too many soft D's. |

Good answer.
They were a turnover machine yesterday. Kinda sad. |

More likely the fact that we dont have any other options and no way to insulate him like other teams can... |

With Colaiacovo hurt, their D is pretty average. Smith and Kindl are too green still. |

I dont care how many points he gets, my point was he is useless in his own end.. also I never compared him to Subban or even mentioned Subban... |

Is that yet another QP theory up in smoke? - ShootingSemin
I find his point of view somewhat interesting when it comes to players from here sometime not thrilled about the idea of playing in certain markets in Quebec.
How quickly he forgets about the bullpoop election we just watched.......let's separate...screw the anglo....french 1st... student protests etc, etc.
Can't imagine why some 16yr old kid and their parents might say (frank) that I'll stay home or go the NCAA route. |

Seeing Kaberle as the first unit shooter on the point and Diaz/Bouillon on the 2nd pp unit made our D seem like an even bigger joke than at any point last year. I didn't think that was possible.. |

Exactly...defensemen are paid to play well in their own zone first and foremost...Diaz and Kaberle are liabilities in our zone regardless of who we play and which line they're facing. |
