Thank the lord we did not give up on or trade Kadri for Loluongo.... the puck just follows that kid around and he seems to set up a scoring chance every other shift he's out there. That I cannot say about Bozak.
I hate to sound like Cherry but the kid does have magic hands. To be able to bury that puck up on edge at the end of the game, most of the other leafs would of shanked it over the net or fanned altogether. Kadri...... natural scoring ability. Buries it.
Good game but we made Miller look good. Too many easy saves and just weren't lucky at all. 4 posts. Good game to build on though. I liked our defensive game and kept the shot totals super low. |

Bozak.
After he wins the face-off, you switch them immediately. - Two_For_Truth
You think? Bozak doesn't exactly look like chopped liver out there. Pretty solid on the walls. He just doesn't have Kadris puck skills.
Kadri really has that puck on a string. |

They were also on the ice for both goals against.
Kulemin refuses to get within 20 feet of the net and MacArthur was always a tag-along with the other two. Ultimately, Grabo carries the line. No Grabo, no success. - Leeman4Gilmour
Nobody's perfect ha ha ha. Can jvr play on MacArthur side and move Mac down |

Surely, Kostka isn't the best option for the top pairing, but he's earned his place in the line-up for now. Wouldn't mind keeping him around and bumping Franson. |

Realistically, he's Jeff Finger 2.0.

Guys, its James Vanderbeek, His Agent got him a First Line center Role in a Hockey Movie filming in Toronto. But now he cant really play so hes on the 3rd line and the movie is going slow. They need some Leaf goals and saves, its gonna take awile |

If we could melt the two of them down and forge an actual #1 center...
Bozak's pretty strong on the puck for an average-sized guy; that's what 3 or 4 years of filling out will do. Faceoffs have always been a strength of his, hopefully he's showing Kadri some tricks during practice. |

Hey guys, remember that myth about 30 or so years ago with Ballard trading the entire Leafs for the Oilers? If that offer was presented right now, would you take it? |

Not entirely sure why he had to be called up at all. Couldn't even do his job and (frank) up Kaleta.
I'm a fan of going with one pairing and giving them huge minutes, but I don't get the point of bumping a guy like Komisarek, who finally looked half-decent, to give some plug 8 minutes. |

For a guy that played two NHL games and gets thrown on top pairing he looks pretty good have to see what happens as we go. |

Kostka will be our 5/6 guy or back to AHL before end of season, but can't take anything away from him, he's played his way onto this team. I really hope Gardiner can get back for Wednesday game, miss watching him play. |

Bozak is the limbo of the Leafs. Just a stop gap until we get something better which shouldn't be hard.
When Bozak doesn't have the puck, he looks absolutely lost out there and has no clue what to do. You can't teach instincts.
Kadri has the instincts to sniff out a rebound and puck skills.
I've never been a fan of Bozak. I could stomach him on our third line but as a first line center, he just drives me insane with his lackadaisical play. |

Not exactly set in stone who has a future with the team. I don't even really see the point in worrying about that?
Kadris playing like the number 2 guy, I'm sure he is going to be reimbursed with playing time for his efforts. |
