Kaleta doesn't have the balls to take his punishment.

At what point does it become fair game to run Vanek?

not watching the game, but question: did anyone stop Kaleta? did anyone pull him off Kessel and beat the poop out of him? did anyone run Kaleta into the crossbar after? because to be honest, if no one has the stones to administer payback, then the pussies all reside on the Toronto bench. and i feel you, because the exact same thing would happen in Montreal if someone ran Gionta or Desharnais. no one wants to get their hands dirty.

It was a pile-on and the penalties were called...

It's pathetic. Although Brown just tried to go Kaleta, Kaleta doesn't fight like that though.

someone mentioned it on an earlier page--you don't see Kaleta pull this poop against Boston.

Remember when Janssen knocked out Kaberle and we played out the rest of the game like nothing had happened?

That was the moment the pre-lockout Leafs officially died.

Brutal.

I still cannot wrap my head around tripping a guy to create a 3 on 1 that they scores on and they were calling a penalty on the leafs. Just brutal.

Brown tried to go, but Kaleta tucked tail and ran.
- Leeman4Gilmour

because he knows Brown is an honourable player. you need a guy like Shawn Thornton, Milan Lucic, Raffi Torres, Chris Pronger, Scott Hartnell... those guys are deterrents.

Was also the moment Kaberle's career as a good player died.

Wasn't it just Tucker (once he returned to the line-up) fighting Janssen the next time they met?

That was pretty pathetic, partially because we had to wait for our only fighter to come back from injury, and partially because it was, you know, like a month later.

i confuse it with the time Kyle McLaren almost decapitated Richard Zednik or the time Zdeno Chara almost killed Max Pacioretty.
