I think the cap goes down 10 mill next year but I might be wrong on that, going to be hard to sign big time players.

I know this won't happen, but I would like to see Porter instead of Ellis on the 4th line and Tarnasky instead of Scott. Tarnasky isn't at the heavyweight level that Scott is, but he is a way better hockey player and he is as nasty as they come.

Having watched Rochester during the lockout, I think Porter is a solid 3rd liner in the NHL, I think Ellis is a good character player (he must be to still be on the team), but he is SO slow and has zero puck skill. With the compact schedule, we will need our 4th line to play more then 5 shifts a night.

That pass from Gigorenko to Ott was awsome. Dudes got eyes in the back of his head.

Foligno, Stafford and Ennis is gonna put up some numbers this year.

Why do you think he is in Rochester. Watching the Scrimmage and some of the practices, it was obvious he should be one of the top 12 forwards on this team.

Blame Lindy, the Sabres just don't play that style and it's a shame because teams like the Bruins and Pens are big, fast and can fight. Lindy will live and die with this same crappy system that has got us nothing in 15 years. These small guys, Ennis, Gerbe etc can't handle other teams.
