I think Phaneuf is really the odd man out. we should use our buyout on him, gain 6.5 mil in cap. Drop Komi as well.

Dropping Phaneuf gives gardiner a spot on the top 2 pairing.

Dropping Komi allows a young guy like Holzer to step in.

He is the captain, leader and number one defenseman on the team. He hits, fights, has a bomb from the point and will get 40-50 points and 60-100 pims a season.

According to Dregs, Bozak is next on the list to be resigned.

1. I didnt whine. I passed on information of what Dreger was saying with a splash of my thoughts on it. Did it hurt you so much you're taking it this personal?

They should be looking to upgrade Bozak. We need a true #1 center, something Bozak will never be. Why keep spinning tires? We dont need Bozak and Grabs, both 2nd line centers at best.
