james neal has a ton of jump and is playing very well and isn't being cheap. while i prefer the flyers win, i'd rather him hurt us by playing well than by being a cheap shot.... i don't like either one, but atleast i can respect him this way.

This is very reminiscent of the Devils / Flyers series. Horrible play behind the net and along the boards.

Pens were dominant. Flyers should be happy to have only yielded two. One shot and they are back in the game. They're going to need to tighten up their passing in all three zones and find a way to move the puck much quicker/cleaner in their own defensive third.

#21 in Orange didn't look out of place at all.

Can't even tell if the defense is too slow because they couldn't complete a pass for 15 minutes of that period. Just really ugly, no cohesion. Pens looked like they had the 13 guys playing during the lockout.

They took a few penalties and Philly definitely stepped it up. Pens just look crisper thus far.
