Is Foster a better option then Gervais?
Neither sounds too great, and Mezzy coming off his achilles repair... yikes.

Coburn, Kimmo and Grossmann may get 28 minutes today.

I got it through bell and it's 49 bucks for the whole season up here in Kanida.... It's showing that the Flyers game is on CI as well as on NBC..Feeds are prob different up here on the east coast cause crysby is from here etc

That's a pretty fair price I must say. I believe the season is 99 days, so basically 50 cents a day.

Supposedly Foster has spend a lot of time working with a mobility specialist and says he's moving as well as he did before his gruesome injury. Who knows? They love his shot and from what I have heard from friends that have been going to the practices, he's a pretty good passer.

Foster is probably the better choice. At least for power play purposes.

I don't like pairing him with a guy coming of a foot injury though. Not one bit.

I didn't hesitate, but I never do! lol I'm one of those fans that knew that I'd be right back to being excited and paying to see my team even though the league takes me for granted...

Foster is in the lineup over Gervais for one reason. The PP and his big RH shot.

The same for Game Center Live. I'm debating getting GCL.

Gervais is more mobile, that's about it though. Foster has a hard, accurate shot. Reports were his mobility has improved. The games I saw Foster play with NJ last year he played pretty well.

How many right handed defenseman are in the Flyers line up?
Must be some kind of record for Philly right there.

I'm there with you. I probably won't go to any games this year, which is basically cutting my nose off to spite my face. Only person I hurt by doing that is myself.

He has to play some minutes even strength though.
I'm looking forward to seeing a big righty at the point.

Yeah, gives you all the games, scores and information. I debated on getting it last year, rather than CI, but went with CI.

Now there's so much paper work for me to get CI through work, plus not all the games are in HD. I can hook my laptop to the TV and get the games in HD with GCL

That was my logic, not going to spend or go to games, but with the rush of folks that went back, it's really not doing anyone harm but me.

Oh. Nice. Didn't know about that. Probably makes sense for you to get the GCL instead of CI.

If I still got the discount Comcast employees got, it'd be a no brainer, but now...

Yup. The seat you don't buy, or the concessions/parking/merchandise you don't pay for is being bought by someone else. So if you enjoy going to games, which I'm sure you do, it doesn't really make sense to boycott.

That being said, if someone wants to take that stance, I certainly understand.

Earl Weaver died on an Orioles fantasy cruise. I would think that would put a damper on the trip for Birds fans.

I can only assume everyone is rushing to get the little chores and whatnot taken care of before the game starts.

I'm trying not to throw my beer thru the TV to shut Barkann up.
