Looking at a few predictions by the John , Jeff and Joey's of the world I just dont undertsand how some of them pick the Devils to make the playoffs when they lost their best player, which is NOT Kovy.

Not to mention their goaltenders are 41 and 39 .

I'd be if they even came close to making the playoffs.

Their just isnt any strong case or foundation to argue that they will.
