But I will say this about Penny on the show: in my humble opinion, that woman is a ticking time bomb - only a matter of time before the actress gains 60 lbs.

So true, either that or the Seaway Mall in Welland (where I live) and just... (frank) that, Pen is like the epicenter of Niagara. I'll go to Burlington Mall once every few months though.

There's only about a million shops that sell them.

I find when stuff goes on sale there, it is an actual sale. Also it seems like their discount stores really are good discounts.
