Well like there is few expendables with Kadri getting a full time roster spot. I am not saying this would be enough to pry Benn nor do I think these are the needed players from Dallas POV. So having said that, the expendables are: Lupul, Frattin, Steckel, Fraser or Holzer. I think Lupul + is a good starting point. or Kessel straight up. true Kessel has had more production but BEnn brings so many intanguibles, it's not even funny. The guy is a true stud.

Most of us feel that wih the sheer amount of young talent that its just a matter of time. We also know that there are still areas that need attention: forward toughness, defence and goaltending are suspect. I think that some of the optimism is pretty understandable.

If the Oilers can get some quality goaltending, with such a short season, I think they could really surprise a lot of people. All in all, the NW should be much more exciting this year.
