this is what I'd prefer considering Strome and Reinhart aren't available (or ready) and Nino/Donovan are not called up. Looks at least a little better, but I'm not sure Boyes doesn't drop down a line at least after a couple of games if he stays invisible
Hopefully by the end of the season it looks more like:

Grabner Nielson Nino
Bailey Cizikas Ulstrom
Boulton Reasoner Boyes
Streit Hamonic
Visnovsky AMac
Martinek/Carkner Donovan
Nabby
Poulin

Yeah, I don't like my second line at all...I just don't see what else it would be, unless Boyes starts on the first line and KO drops down. I don't see Grabner-Nielsen-Boyes winning many battles in the corners on the forecheck...they'd have to do all their scoring off the rush.

Agree...but Bailey might be jettisoned out at the trade deadline...don't seeing him trade anyone who has signed long term like JT, Moulson, Okposo, Neilsen, Martin, Grabner, etc... |

Thats really stretching.........Jyri Niemi, was irrelevant. I was referring to players who matter.....not later round draft pick who never left juniors. |

If true, I just don't really like Connolly at all. Never really have. However...it's better than Gomez, imo. If he predictably gets hurt, they're no worse off than before they claimed him, and at least it would put Nielsen on the third line where he belongs. |
