i would never lift a gun again if i could strike a deal with the universe that my kids would be spared from being mowed down like cattle. Sadly, the world doesn't work like that. I feel like i have a better chance of protecting my family from the madness, by having a firearm on my person at all times, but even that is no guarantee. Stricter laws won't do the trick. .

I've been down this road before, so i'll skip to the end of he game to save a few hours. How do we solve it? Lay down our arms, and hope the criminals do the same? Stop production of all guns tomorrow, and hope the 200 million weapons already in circulation gradually disappear? You're continually pointing out an obvious problem, but like everyone else in the world, you have no effective means of correcting the issue. Legislation only curtails those so inclined to obey. Do we form an SS group and have them conduct house to house sweeps for firearms? Think of the scale of this problem. It's an epidemic. I sound defeatus, but only because we're defeated. It's like walking into a cockaroach infested apartment with a can of bug spray. Sit back and enjoy the show.
