Rural America is different then any other place in the world. Very scary

anyone, regardless of citizenship or where you live needs to do three things in order to understand the real state of the USA
1) drive from Dallas to Tyler TX in the daylight avoiding - where practical - the main highways
2) drive from Reno NV to Chicago stopping and getting off the interstates to eat meals staying in smaller towns
3) live somewhere outside, meaning at least an hour away from a major urban center within the US
once you have done these things - contrast living or spending some time in these places with living in any other western country.
the US should spend less time, effort and money on convincing its average citizen that it is the greatest this or the greatest that, or has the largest this or the fastest that - and actually do some nation building within its own borders.
