We've been fighting that war since the early 80s. The War on Drugs has been an epic failure. It is basically accepted at this point in time that we cannot keep drugs from entering our borders. So.... tell me how do we effectively ban something that is already rampantly distributed throughout our entire infrastructure. It would be like trying to remove all of the salt from the Atlantic ocean.
