Let's not under estimate the cwynowth firing. Pretty sure he ran the defense. And the defense was (frank)ing terrible while he was there. Maybe Thompson can get a better system in place

Well, They have been paying dipietro for only working 3 games " 3 guaranteed 7-4 loses''per season. Why shouldn't they pay Baily that actually produces a few points per season for this franchise??

......not to mention the fact the players pay the insurance and get real game time and will be better prepared for this 48 game season instead of isolated workouts and pickup games with non teammates. There's always the chance an injury could occur but guys playing elsewhere aren't doing it for the money, they're doing it to remain ready for when the real season begins. Just a low-class cheapskate move. They ALREADY haven't been paying them due to the OWNERS LOCKOUT. Players want to play. Owners continue to astound with the decisions they make. Big picture, it's pocket change to Wang. Lastly, this team doesn't need to create MORE reasons for players to not want to play here.
