you cant can you? I thought they have to be on the big club....thats the whole point of it, so they cab play in the NHL, not just on a different minor league team. - Homer
If they were looking for help on defense with Viz not coming back.. they did not address that need with Finley. I liked his size but he was not a defensemen. |

I think Pardy starts in Rochester. - Homer
Doesn't he have to pass through waivers to be sent down or called up this season?
His 2M salary will deter some but who knows. |

He wasn't even that "good" with his size to. He was very clumsy, nothing like 57 or even Pardy. He's like the sterotypical 7' white guy who plays center in college hoops. |

Yeah Im pretty sure he does, but like you said if somebody wants him its 2M...Buffalo is fine with losing him.
Pardy was like Kotalik in the Regher trade.....we had to take him to make the deal happen, we didnt want him. |

And Peters played a lot...prob too much. Freaking Lindy and his favs - LamontSanford
Andrew Peters was probably the worst "enforcer" I've ever seen. He's up there with Roman Vopat and Andre Roy. |

Ask Brain McGratten about that.
Who is that useless "enforcer" you had last year and still might that Kassian dropped last year? |

I don't think it will be so much who gets benched.. it will be who gets hurt first.
I am really hoping Regher picks up his game this year....
I am really hoping that Pardy comes to play physical. We need that if Regehr isn't that person any more at this point in his career.
I am not as confident that Sulzer plays as strong this year as he did last year.
Sekera, Weber, Brennan, and Pardy are the wildcards.
Myers and Ehrhoff are the shoe-ins. - JVince11
If Sekera Isn't traded he is a shoe-in |

I think its pretty much set that the top 6 are ...
Myers, Ehrhoff, Leopold, Regher, Sekera and Sulzer....Weber and Brennan 7 and 8. |

It really seems like we have been doing good on those throw-ins lately... Sulzer worked out well... Pardy apparently looks good in 2 days of camp (doesn't mean anything yet).. Kotalik we were able to just toss to Europe even though we still had to pay X amount of his salary. |

I think Sulzer will start there, but I'm not sure he'll last. When he wasn't playing with Ehrhoff, he was barely better than useless. |

I think so too... Like i said... I will be curious if Sulzer will be able to play as solid as he did last year. When he wasn't with Ehrhoff, he was a mess.
I am curious of the pairings becuase I heard that Ehrhoff-Sulzer were our starting two.
Does that put Myers - Sekera back together? Do they try Myers - Regehr again? Myers - Leo would be too soft.. |

So lets be honest for a moment...
What is the realistic idea of what we need if we trade Leo or Sekera??
Are we still trying to fit our 1C? Do we need just another 20G scorer to put in our top 9? Are we looking for that solid 3C?
I personally want a gritty winger who pots 20gs and would be great on our 3W. |
