Homer is on the Scott bandwagon... I love it.

Scott is not a hockey player.. he will not play more than 3 minutes a game. He sits on the end of the bench and watches. When someone takes a cheap shot or the team needs an emotional boost... Scott enters the ice and punches someones head off.

It might take a few games but teams will learn that you can't mess with our guys any more. Scott won't suit up every game but I do assume he is one the ice against Toronto, Boston, Philly, Montreal, NJD, and NYR. Car, NYI, OTT, PITT, TBL, FLA, WSH, and WPG he will probably sit and McCormick, Kaleta, and Ott will take out the trash.

if he is in the top 6 then who isnt?
- Homer

I don't think it will be so much who gets benched.. it will be who gets hurt first.

I am really hoping Regher picks up his game this year....

I am really hoping that Pardy comes to play physical. We need that if Regehr isn't that person any more at this point in his career.

I am not as confident that Sulzer plays as strong this year as he did last year.

Sekera, Weber, Brennan, and Pardy are the wildcards.

Myers and Ehrhoff are the shoe-ins.

I guess that depends Homer on any possible roster changes that come about before Sunday I would assume.

Webbs has looked really good for what its worth.

absolutely true... Foligno is my favorite guy on this team at this point I think... He lays the lumber on hits.. and by watching his AHL and 2 NHL fights.. I would say he is a good fighter but not someone you want to fight too much and risk hand, finger, or wrist injuries.

I never got a chance to see too much of Tropp to become infatuated. Torn ACL?

right now Weber is 9th on the D list.
- Chipd

I was thinking around there too but he could jump spots if hes showing up in practice.. and for the simple fact he has played in quite a bit of NHL games.. specially with a shorter season.. they might just take expierence over raw skill..

I think with the shorter season we could see a bigger revolving door of healthy scratches than we are used to.... Players not being in full condition yet. Playing a game almost every other day will play a toll. Injuries will become an issue for every team too.

Hopefully he can bounce back next year and try to make the team... Tropp to me is like Kaleta with more scoring and better wheels..

Absolutley... The guys who have been playing.. Like Ennis, Pommers, Vanek, Foligno, Hodge... Watch them jump out of the gate... Not alot of adjustment needed... I think Pommers is going to have a STELLAR year..

Even Kevin Snow with Sylvester on Wgr550 right now just said what I have been saying about Weber.

Looks leaner/ meaner and is skating much faster. Expects Weber to be in top 6.

For what its worth , he echoed what I have been saying about Webbs.

- BuffaloHardHat

well that shows how much Kevin Snow knows.....i asked my buddy about this and he said that Weber's test results were almost identical to what they were last year.

Same guy as last year.

Relax Homer. Buffalo finished a huge 10 points better than the Islanders last year. Isles need defense depth with Visnovsky playing hooky

I think Pardy starts in Rochester.
