I'm not sure, but I don't think the Flyers have an available contract space right now. Depends on what they do with Laughton.

I couldn't remember either so I looked it up. 52 contracts, 3 in which can slide so if they do keep Laughton, they don't have the space to claim anyone without losing someone.
