I know, just a lot of money for one year and only a few years in the league. He's set for life!!! Tough to be a member of the NHLPA I tell ya!

I would take Kesler over Benn
- SotaPopinski

A healthy Kessler, I'd agree. A Kessler that seems to miss games at the beginning of the season due to injury - no.

When did Hall and Eberle get these extensions? This is the first I am hearing about them.

I dont think so.

Franchise for franchise. There's no way Dallas does it otherwise.

NHLPA ‏@NHLPA

Per agreement with the NHL, we will announce results of player vote later today. Discussions to finalize the MOU continue this morning

You mean to tell me that they still can't get this thing done after almost a WEEK?? Really? Pathetic!!!

voting takes time. The official agreement will take months to prepare and sign off on btw. In 2005 wasn't signed till that summer.

Gardiner Rielly and Kessel for Benn

But Boinker guaranteed that Vancouver was signing Benn to an offer sheet?

And how can we trade Gards and Rielly to Dallas when we're trading them for Lou?

The voting window was supposed to end at 8am this morning. You mean to tell me it takes over 5 hours to count 750 votes that were ELECTRONICALLY submitted??? I find this VERY HARD to believe. Unless they were using a Commodore 64 this should have been counted in 5 minutes. It was either YES or NO!! It was that easy!!!

I meant voting took a couple of days. Counting should be quick and MOU as to be signed after that,,

NHL13 is such a terrible game.

The skating is a joke.. i've never seen a player turn in such a radius that it takes in the game.. even clipping the boards for 6 seconds while u finish the crazy circle...

Or how the goalie can stop the most ridiculous cross ice 1 timers with utter ease.. and then give up a shot from the goal line against the boards without even moving to make a save...

Or how the computer AI steals the puck from you if you get too close.. even if they're facing the other way...

Or how scoring 92 goals in 50 games gets me demoted to the AHL.

If the US government is in charge of the vote.. it could take weeks to sort it out.

Since no ID's are required to vote for the NHLPA they have to check and recheck the voter names. It seems 3.2million more votes then members were counted.

I wouldnt be surprised to see him score 30 in a season a couple more times, but I was referring to Dallas wanting a player much younger for Benn.
