I haven't been following the conversation. I think Doughty is insanely over hyped. I bet he and Subban are a lot closer in talent level than most think. Doughty is just a "sexier" player, so he gets more attention. I saw the same thing with Scott Stevens. He never even won a norris cause he was second fiddle to Lidstrom. I think offensively gifted defenders, that can also play defense will always get the accolades. Just the way it is.
