Hmmm from what I understood the "can't drop more than 2 spot" rule is no more.

you could never drop more than one. still can't. Only 1 team moves up to number one. Everyone else shifts accordingly. |

because we were ranked 3rd last. you could move up to 4 spots closer to one but not down more than 1 spot. I may have misspoke somewhere if theres confusion
edit: to be clear "drop" was in reference to getting a worse pick yes? |

I think old rules you could move up 4 spots so everyone in bottom 5 could move up to 1
or maybe its 2 spots so everone in bottom 3 had a chance, somthing like that |

or maybe its 2 spots so everone in bottom 3 had a chance, somthing like that
