I think they'll be paying him all that dough to ride the bench. I don't see him on the starting roster
- EricEngels

Holy smokes!

Edit: Where do you see him?

Yeah, you'd be wrong.

Emelin won't be on the PP.

Well, he's already a better puckmover than Weber and Emelin. I hope Diaz will be better, but we have no idea at this point. Apparently he arrived in Montreal in better shape, like Spacek last year.

not saying he won't get in...
when the pp struggles or an injury happens, that'll be the time to rotate him in.

I don't see him playing over Subban, Gorges, Markov, Diaz, Emelin or Bouillon. Especially with Therrien at the helm. He's not better than any of them.

You do realize that Kaberle had 22pts with the habs in 43 games, right?

While Emelin had 7 over the entire season...

He seemed pretty pumped in an interview last night on CTV MTL.

We were all pretty happy to kick Streit out of town after a 62 pts season.

I don't think that's entirely true.

He gets paid to be a .5 PPG player and that's what he provided last year... Im quite sure he will do the same this year on a better coached team.

Don't you see Therrien using all his tools first, I mean Kabs was pretty good at one time and they have him, why not use him?

I remember a lot of people/media saying this team does not need a dman whose only place is on the 4th line.

Why not trade him for a pick? Short season, pretty sure a few teams will be interested.

most were wondering why he was on the 4th line to begin with.

110% were unhappy about it becasue it meant Dandeneault wasn't playing.
