I don't see him leaving. Let's say he has a 4 yr window to play.
Each year, an argument could be made for Calgary to make the playoffs. Then, it's always a crapshoot.
I see Kipper maybe leaving, only IF they fail miserably this yr and the next, though I don't think that will be a problem.

You can't just trade 2 of the franchises 5 best players all-time for mid-round picks. Terrible for business.
