The way Nonis wins and gets out of this situation is by trading for a young, established netminder with a reasonable contarct that no one predicted being traded. If the cost is that high for Luongo anyway, who says it has to be Luongo?

To Luongo's defense he was unreal as a panther. And they had no one really.

I wasn't really saying that this (Bozak + Franson + 2nd) will be the trade, but more that out of all the possible trades that I've seen thrown around in this thread, that this is probably he closest to what Vancouver will get.

Any Vancouver fan dreaming of a Gardiner or Rielly being traded should probably wake up.

Seriously, even with Crosby, Malkin, and a recent Stanley Cup, they still feel like they have to buy their fans back.

Canadian teams have none of those, and would probably try to raise ticket/concession prices.
