Someone either a poster or more likely a mod removed a post.

A year b4 the Bruins won the Cup, I nearly traded in my Leaf colours for Bruin's attire. But than the Bruins won the cup b4 I jumped ship & I would a felt like a band wagon jumper which I am certainly not. Well there always Philadelphia I guess.

for sure. Never ever change your team unless they relocate to another country maybe. Maybe some Nordiques fans became Habs or Sens or w/e when they moved to Col.

YES I AGREE. Been a Leaf fan for 37 years & will be for the rest of my life. Proud to say I've never jumped ship ever. Been through many highs and more than enough share of lows as a Leaf fan.

Well the Flyers are my #2 team. It enables me to have a backup team to cheer for in the playoffs if the Leafs a) get eliminated from the playoffs early or b) they miss the playoffs. Even if I lived next door to the Corel Center, I would NEVER cheer for Ottawa.

Have no worry, in a Leafs/Flyers playoff matchup, I always cheer for the Leafs 100%

That argument doesn't work. I was born in 1968, became a Leaf fan when I was 8 which was 1976. When Leafs TV shows games prior to 1976, even games from the 1960's, I watch it. Warms my heart when I hear Foster Hewit announce: THE TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS HAVE WON THE STANLEY CUP!!!!

DAM I can't find any songs I like on I TUNES. I have over 1300 songs on my IPOD, I have room for 5685 more but nothing seems appealing to me.

Hey bro. When Rogers & Bell bought MSLE, I'm 1000% sure they get the whole package. I'm sure they can have access to whatever Leaf history they want. LeafsTV belongs to the new MSLE.

I think you may have misread. Pretty sure original signing team remains responsible for 50% of the cap hit post retirement.

nope. Like I said, go read the experts. Post retirement you are responsible for the cap savings you earned prior to the trade or retirement. it is directly related to your benefit in the front loaded deal and not an simple 50%
