Zipay tweeted a Rangers schedule someone tweeted to him.

Looks fairly legit, problem is it has us facing the Penguins and Flyers 5 times each.

Islanders and Devils 4 times each.

Not a big deal, but a lil irritating if true

Fantasy hockey league is set at 12 teams, I really don't want to add more than that, so won't be sending out any other invites.

If anyone else really wants to play, I'll need two more to make it even, but otherwise, we are going with this.

I would if there is another but I won't force the issue. I'll be plenty busy this season.

Hey, wait a minute. If he is hurt he can get put on the LTIR, right?

When he is on the LTIR, he can't be bought out...but his salary does not count against the cap. (Don't forget he is on an under 35 contract, unlike Pronger...yessss).

So, when he comes off the LTIR, put his butt out then. Is it the law you have to buy a player out in the summer or can you buy him out at any time during the next two seasons?

Are you under the mistaken impression that an over 35 player counts against the cap when on LTIR. Because he doesn't.

The new CBA might have very well adressed this. After what they (Brian Burke being the primary driver) did to teams trying to bury guys in the minors like Redden now being counted against the cap I would not be surprised if they disallow the overage on the cap hit should someone on an over 35 contract be LTIRed.

Bottom line, what I said was true. Pronger's cap hit on LTIR counts against the cap.

I await your heart felt apology!
