Exactly though. If you draft enough good players that people want you can make those moves easily. Much like how Giroux was taking over from Richards and Carter so they could make the moves. You need to keep finding talent and either having them move up, or move out for something you need.

Seeing as literally hundreds (perhaps thousands) of goalies have passed through the NHL during the years, and we remember him as amongst the top 40 or 50, I'd say that he is "very remarkable".

Become one of the 5 best in your generation at anything and I'd say that pretty "uncommon" or "extraordinary" (meaning "beyond the ordinary").

Burke can be a bonehead but there is no way that he doesn't see them as problems and there is no way he thinks he's doing a wonderful job when he's drafting 5th overall. He knows his team sucks and he knows the problems. But he also knows there's little he can do about it unless he starts selling the future.
