Yeah, I'm glad to have a job too. We got rid of our training officer, who was a contractor, so I gobbled up his responsibilities along with what I already have. Pain the ass but I'd rather not be sitting on my ass at home. - Whatnot78
good call on taking those responsibilities, you have to... makes it harder for them to fire you.. |

Good catch Cab thank you.
I dont think they can legit project where teams will end up this season until all rosters are finalized.
Free agents are still available. |

Ott isn't a center though many places have him listed as such. |

Lucic is going to have to man up sooner or later.
That's my take on it. I firmly believe the very 1st game between the Bruins and the Sabres if in the FNC (Sabres with last change) Scott will be on the ice with Lucic and will "punk him" .
Sooner or later Lucic will have to answer to Scott , he cant hide from him every game. It's what Scott was inked as a Sabre for. |

I want to see how Ennis and Hodgson have come along. Ennis especially showed lots of promise at the center position last year, and Hodgson has been fairing well with the Amerks.
Anyone know if theyve pulled Hodgson and Foligno out of AHL games yet? |

Yep, everyone keeps putting Ott as a center. |

A nation where we are just lucky to have jobs. I've been so tired of hearing that sentence the past few years but it is a reality unfortunately. My dad is a retired UPS driver (worked 30 years and retired at 55), I think to myself how many times am I going to be laid off in 30 years. Private sector for us normal undergraduate degree folk is a scary place. |

Private sector jobs are unsecure to say the least. My girlfriends brother works in the private sector and just got laid off from a job he was employed at for 5 years because he was making too much money. He has 2 kids, mortgage, and they laid him off to hire someone for half the pay, with unions that doesn't happen |

agreed.. there are some locations they are still good but you would think they would back off in some situations, like hostess.. but nope they strike themselves out of a job. and the whole sandy relief thing with unions royally pissed me off - SabresFaninIndiana
Can't really blame the union on Hostess. They were going down regardless. The big beef was after they took a cut last time, the CEO gave himself a 300% raise.

I think if Scott challenges Lucic he will go against him. Lucic is an A-hole, not a punk biyatch like Marchand. |

The difference in pay between a CEO and an average employess has risen something like a 500% over the last decade or so. |

Anyone know if theyve pulled Hodgson and Foligno out of AHL games yet? - Rally_Shots
Regier stated today he anticipates pulling Hodgson and Foligno out of Rochester.
Texts today from the beat writer:
Kevin Oklobzija‏@kevinoDandC
#Amerks coach Ron Rolston expects the full lineup for Wednesday's home game against the #Crunch.
#The full lineup scenario assumes an ill Cody Hodgson is feeling well enough to play. He didn't practice today. All others did. |
