Buffalo is the collections capital of the country. thousands of jobs in call centers. It's big business, not the every day working individual. Some call centers pay their employees 10-12 per hr and they still ship jobs overseas.

Unions are out of touch with the times. In the beginning they were necessary.

I actually got a bigger profit sharing bonus in 2012.. but i am also now doing the work that 2 years ago 2 employees did and they are talking about adding more.. So i get the same pay for 2 or more times the work.. yay.. But i still have a job so that is good

Yeah, I'm glad to have a job too. We got rid of our training officer, who was a contractor, so I gobbled up his responsibilities along with what I already have. Pain the ass but I'd rather not be sitting on my ass at home.

agreed.. there are some locations they are still good but you would think they would back off in some situations, like hostess.. but nope they strike themselves out of a job. and the whole sandy relief thing with unions royally pissed me off
