Oilers fans are funny, with all of your "untouchables" Cloutier talks about you'd think you would be in the top 13 or 14 in the conference. Lottorenko 2014
Check out the game he played against FSU. Led a comeback against a top FBS defense. His movement is under rated. He can be a Matt Shaub with a better arm. We should be basing our offense off play action, we need a QB who can push the ball downfield. - sbroads24
FSU went into prevent mode and thought 16-0 at half was enough. Stoops called a pathetic 2nd half.
Nope, I have been disappointed. Jones will be gone.
Bills Offseason wishlist
QB- Matt Moore
WR- Greg Jennings
Draft-
CB- Dee Milliner
QB- Mike Glennon
LB,LB, CB, TE - sbroads24
QB- Matt Moore, Alex Smith but preferably Mike Vick (he thrives with a good offensive line...eagles line was awful last year and the bills, oddly enough, have one of the best in the league)
WR- a) dwyane bowe b) mike wallace c) greg jennings
Draft:
LB: jarvis jones, ogletree, or te'o....yes im aware te'o is playing awful tonight
QB: its a crapshoot right now where all the qbs are gonna fall in the 2nd round...so whatever

I would rather have Wallace or Jennings than Bowe. Jennings is great after the catch, same with Wallace. Wouldn't mind a guy like Tracy Porter, also would like them to give Tyrann Mathieu a shot as well, 3rd round the earliest.

We have different views of him then if you think he's like Flacco. To each their own. - BigStew
He's been compared to Flacco, Matt Ryan, and Nick Foles from what I can remember, IMO he's more like Flacco than Ryan. He has a cannon like Flacco and I haven't seen him carve up a defense like Ryan
I think it's funny to see people complaining about this team lacking the scoring center still. I'm not sure if anyone know's about the city that's 50 minutes away called Rochester, where the Americans play, Hodgson has been a point per game player there even though he's missed time with an injury. He's bound to break out this season, think James Neal last year with Pittsburgh, traded mid season a year before added a little and then his first full season with the team he BLEW up. Hodgson along with Foligno and Ennis are all gonna be ridiculous, I'm not worried about our scoring this year at all. As far as toughness goes, Ott is exactly what we need. He's a pest because he chirps. He does exactly what every other team has done to us. We need that bad. John Scott, personally I hope his role is strictly to fight. Way to slow to even consider being on the ice, and we all know Foligno can throw em and score too.
Too many "fans" worry me with the little knowledge they have of our current roster and are so quick to dismiss this season as a "lost" season already. Chin up folks.

I'd rather have RNH and NY than anyone one the Sabres roster.

Cody Hodgson is no James Neal and the Sabres he will play with are no Penguins.

ok, im not gonna act like the team that finishes last in the NHL annually is better than the Sabres - sbroads24
The Oilers aren't perfect by any means but they are stacked with young potential talent. And I'm sorry but Marcus Foligno and Cody Hodgson aren't quite Nail Yakupov and RNH.
If EDM can trim some of their garbage (Horcoff/Hemsky) and add some D - even with a decent goalie they could be dominant.
And we both keep missing the post season. Whats the difference whether you finish 9th or 14th - oh yeah the difference is potentially having the 1st overall pick.
What exactly does training with Gary Roberts prove? - sambarugh
Well if you look at the players that train under him, and notice the increase in their NHL output each year, I'd say that it proves a lot. It proves that he works these young players like dogs to get everything out of them and to get the to their highest potential. I understand you're forever a pessimist about anything good relating to NHL hockey in Buffalo. These are just facts. The names on that list under Gary Roberts is quite impressive if you ask me, and anyone else with any sort of hockey knowledge.
My ideal draft for the Buffalo Bills:
First round - Dee Milliner, CB Alabama
Second round - Kevin Minter, LB LSU
Third round - EJ Manuel, QB FSU or Ryan Nassib, QB Syracuse
It's early though, I have a feeling some of these guys stock will rise.

You say it like its a guarantee. Training hard isn't a substitute for talent or skill. Sure, when you add it to a phenom like Stamkos it only makes him better, but Cody Hodgson isn't on the same level as Steven Stamkos.
