I have an impending date with a treadmill myself.....well, more likely an elliptical since my knee and ankle don't take too kindly to the treadmill.

This organization has enough 4th Line plugs to fill up 5 different teams bottom line so I guess they are interchangeable. They also have Tarnasky and Ellis (someone mentioned before)

Unless they're playing some big heavyweight matchup Tarnasky will be in Rochester. I don't see a way he fits into the lineup whatsoever otherwise. He has put together a pretty intriguing season in Rochester though. He's been a force for them. Even chipping in some offense from time to time.

Good for you. I need to do that. Gonna sign up for the gym at work since it's more convenient than the one I'm at right now and it's cheaper. I have no excuse as I'm already there 5 days a week as it is. I tend to eat lunch at my desk anyway. Might as well use my hour lunch for good and continue to still eat at my desk.

If Grigorenko sticks with the big club and puts up 35 points in 50 games then this team has enough scoring and D to get past the first rd.

Thus IMO it's all on Miller being focused for an entire season, something I have yet to see him do.

That's true. Honestly, Lieuwen intrigues me more than Knapp. Both of them are big so it's not really like one has that advantage over the other. There's only like an inch difference.

I bought an Octane elliptical at G and G Fitness on Transit, love it. I use it 6 times a week, dropped 27 lbs.

Buy an Octane.
