EDIT: He may not be top 6 compared to what we already have, but that doesn't mean he's not NHL ready. That just means that we have a boat load of guys back there that are capable. He's got to have some sort of value somewhere. If he ends up going on waivers, he will be claimed.

I love the assumptions around here. The "he" you're referring to isn't a "he."

With Leopold on this team Brennan does not have a spot.. But IMO I would rather have Brennan.. I think he is a top 6 d-man.
